Fermanagh Golf Courses
Within a 20-kilometre radius of Dulrush Lodge, there are two championship golf courses:
The superb Lough Erne Resort Course – with its Nick Faldo designed course, this is one of the most talked about developments in Irish golf.
Bundoran Golf Club – this delightful course offers spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Both Fermanagh golf courses offer incredible views and feature 18 challenging holes that are perfectly integrated with the area’s natural topography.
Lough Erne Golf Resort
The 7,167 yards/ Par 72 Faldo Championship Course features 18 spectacular golf holes and is an exciting challenge for golfers of all abilities. Situated between Castle Hume Lough and Lower Lough Erne, 14 of the holes have water in play. They are highlighted by the iconic 10th Hole, ‘Emerald Isle’, where the green is surrounded by water on three sides.
The Faldo Championship Course’s routing takes full advantage of the natural topography and provides golfers with superb all year round playing conditions, as well as breathtaking views of The Fermanagh Lakelands.
Golfers can take some time out at The Halfway House, which is situated behind the ninth green and offers stunning views over Lower Lough Erne. Other dining options available at The Resort include The Loughside Bar & Grill, The Blaney Bar and The Catalina Restaurant.
Bundoran Golf Club
Presenting a challenging par 70, the second in our line-up of Fermanagh golf courses is Bundoran Golf Club. This fantastic course sweeps along the rugged and picturesque Donegal Bay coastline, with a mixture of dunes and undulating terrain making up its 18 holes. Endless views of the Atlantic Ocean to the west and the magnificent Dartry Mountains to the east mean you are blessed with 360 degrees of superb panoramic views no matter what hole you are playing.
